Strategic Program Manager, Acute & Payer

The Strategic Program Manager is responsible for delivering implementation related projects across a hospital or health system, state, region, or market. In this role, you will oversee the work of multiple client services teams and team members. You will notdirectly manage people, but instead are accountable for the on time, in scope, on budget work that the team is delivering. This role is a senior individual contributor, overseeing a portfolio of strategic initiatives. You hold a leadership role on projects and are responsible for coordinating with other delivery team leaders to manage the distribution of client work amongst team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.
  • Managing and utilizing resources across projects.
  • Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the program’s “outcome” with the aid of the customers change manager.
  • Defining the program governance (controls).
  • Managing the program’s budget.

    • Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 years project management experience

  • Plan Scope Management, Collect Requirements, Define Scope, Create the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Validate Scope, Control Scope
  • Actively listens, understands, and responds to stakeholders; Maintains lines of communication; Ensures quality of information; Tailors communication to audience

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years project management experience or 2 years program management experience
  • Align program and organization strategy, Develop program roadmap, Assess environment
  • Perform program stakeholder identification, Perform program stakeholder planning, Monitor stakeholder engagement
  • Define governance structure, Manage issue resolution and program change, Authorize program component changes (initiation, transition, closure), Review program performance, Ensure program conformance to organization standards
  • Define program, Formulate program, Prepare program · Deliver program, Authorize and plan components, Oversee and integrate components, Transition and close components, Close program, Provide program activities overview, Manage program integration, Develop program infrastructure, Manage program delivery, Monitor and control program performance, Sustain benefits and transition program, Close program

    • AtPointClickCare, base salary is one of the many components that make up our total rewards package.The US base salary rangefor this position is $126,500- $136,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined byjob and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hire salaries for the position across all USlocations. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experienceincluding professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
