QA Automation Engineer

Day to Day

• Work on the architecture of automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites while performing manual testing when necessary.
• Expand E2E automation test coverage and provide necessary support.
• Execute automated tests, analyze results, identify defects, and report findings to the team.
• Uphold QA best practices and contribute to driving the QA strategy.
• Work closely with developers and other QAs to troubleshoot and resolve issues, offering detailed bug reports.
• Monitor application health post-release.
• Continuously explore new testing tools and methodologies to enhance the QA process.

What you bring to the table

• At least 4 years of commercial experience as an QA Automation Engineer.
• Proficiency in Typescript/JavaScript for automation purposes.
• Experience in analyzing and reporting.
• Hands-on experience in automated testing for Mobile applications.
• Proven track record for having successfully developed test automation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or similar platforms.
• At least upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English

It would be great if you also had

• Experience with the Detox framework.
• Familiarity with TestRail and code coverage tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Playwright or similar JS frameworks (Cypress, Webdriver).
