About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Technical Analyst to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of exceptional digital experiences for our customers. This role will play a crucial part in the re-platforming of our customer portal and enhancing core functionalities that empower customers to interact with our services effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories. • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing phases to ensure quality and adherence to standards. • Monitor and analyze system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions. • Stay abreast of the latest digital technologies and industry best practices. • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation. Qualifications: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. • Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (preferred). • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Bonus Points: • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems. • Knowledge of API integrations and microservices architecture. • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
