Live Chat Specialist-WFH REMOTE
Barney's Sweet Shop is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Live Chat Specialist to join our team in a work-from-home remote position. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. This is a full-time position located in Ashland City, TN with a competitive salary range of $14 to $28 per hour.
Job Overview:
As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services. You will use your excellent communication skills to provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide product information, answer questions, and address concerns- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
