This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable with administrative tasks, data processing, and have excellent organizational skills. As a Virtual Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our operational processes, ensuring that data is accurately entered, tracked, and maintained. Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Organize and update databases with relevant information. Handle administrative tasks, including answering emails and organizing documents. Maintain data integrity and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by the management team. Communicate regularly with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred). Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and other data entry software. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
