Pinterest Manager to Help Create, Schedule, & Optimize

Project Type: Ongoing (10-15 hours per month) Budget: Open to hourly or fixed monthly rate Location Preference: Remote About Me & This Role I run a growing brand focused on helping entrepreneurs create content that converts through my membership, Courageous Content Academy (CCA). My Pinterest currently receives 45K-50K monthly visits, and I want to scale organic traffic and conversions without spending hours creating pins myself. I’m looking for an experienced Pinterest content creator and scheduler to help me: - Design and schedule high-quality pins that drive traffic to my blog, free webinar, and membership - Create fresh, SEO-optimized content in alignment with my brand voice and style - Batch and automate pinning so I can focus on my business while Pinterest works in the background Who This Role is Perfect For This role is ideal for someone who understands Pinterest SEO, best practices, and algorithm trends. You should be a creative designer who can create engaging, high-converting Pinterest pins and be familiar with Canva or other design tools. Experience using Pinterest scheduling tools like Tailwind or Pinterest Scheduler is a plus. You should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized in managing a consistent Pinterest content strategy. If you are comfortable using templates to speed up workflow while keeping content fresh, this role is for you. Responsibilities - Design and create 12 to 15 pins per week in a mix of static, carousel, quote, and infographic formats - Maintain a consistent design style while keeping pins engaging and high-quality - Pull key insights from blog posts and webinar pages to create compelling pin content - Optimize pin SEO by writing keyword-rich titles and descriptions - Schedule pins weekly using Pinterest Scheduler or Tailwind, posting two to three pins per day - Ensure a balance of blog post promotions, free webinar promotions, and direct CCA promotions - Track pin performance, identify top-performing formats, and provide monthly insights for strategy improvement Qualifications and Experience - Proven experience managing and growing Pinterest accounts - Strong graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Suite - Familiarity with Pinterest SEO and best practices for organic reach - Experience using Pinterest scheduling tools like Tailwind, Pinterest Scheduler, or similar - Ability to batch-create content efficiently without sacrificing quality Preferred but Not Required - Experience in content marketing, blogging, or working with coaches and service-based businesses - Ability to repurpose Instagram reels into video pins - Familiarity with content strategy, social media marketing, and funnel optimization Apply Job!
