Sr Analyst, Client Payroll Operations

What You Will Do • Be a subject matter expert in the day-to-day functions of CPO including but not limited to: weekly timecard maintenance, FLSA compliance, rate changes, direct deposit, advances/arrears, manual paychecks, and shift differential maintenance. • Use existing audit controls and best payroll practices to ensure accurate payroll processing. • Adhere to SLA’s tied to ticket research and resolution. • Review payroll inputs from various internal sources, to ensure accurate payroll processing for multiple payrolls. • Ad hoc reporting and data entry into payroll, VMS and third party systems. • Assist with special projects as needed. • Use critical thinking skills to provide on-going research, resolution and product support. What You Will Need • 2-3 years of work experience in a payroll role highly focused on providing high level of customer service. • Cross-functional collaboration and build partnerships with key stakeholders. • Knowledge of file feeds, third party integrations, mapping payroll systems • Experienced with payroll processing systems, preferably large-scale ERP. • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and critically think to resolve customer complaints using creative and pre-defined solutions. • Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner. • PayrollOrg Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designations preferred. • Bachelor's degree preferred.
