About the position The Supervisor - Inventory at Coca-Cola UNITED is responsible for overseeing inventory management processes, including maintaining, validating, and researching variances in finished goods and raw material inventories. This role involves supervising associates, ensuring compliance with company policies, and utilizing various software systems to manage inventory data effectively. Responsibilities • Maintain, validate, and research variances in finished goods and raw material inventories. , • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. , • Interview, hire, and train associates. , • Plan, assign, and direct work for team members. , • Appraise performance and address complaints to resolve problems. , • Build positive associate morale and foster a collaborative work environment. , • Count and enter data into multiple software systems. , • Create Excel spreadsheets to upload and download inventory information. , • Prepare reports for inventory variances and yield percentages. , • Initiate investigations of inventory discrepancies and maintain data for audits. , • Track variance trends and troubleshoot sources of discrepancies. Requirements • Minimum age of 18 years old. , • Valid driver's license required and compliance with fleet policy. , • Ability to read, write, and speak English. , • Strong leadership and organizational skills. , • Proven ability to coach and manage multiple associates' needs and concerns. , • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 12 months of related experience or training. Nice-to-haves • Knowledge of SAP and Lab Data Management System (LDMS). , • Effective analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
