Job Title: Part-Time Technology Recruiter – Remote. Location: Remote Hours: 10 -20 hours a week Company: Hire Orbitt Pay: $25 an hour plus bonus. This role is perfect for someone looking to start or relaunch their career in recruitment while balancing other commitments. Job Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish. Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify and attract top technical talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and other recruiting channels. Post job advertisements on various job boards. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone and video screenings, and coordinate technical assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit. Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication. Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams for follow-up interviews and assessment processes. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information. Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and requirements in the tech industry to better understand and communicate job requirements to candidates. Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed. Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, candidate pipeline, and hiring progress to management.

Requirements

Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment, particularly in technical roles, is a plus but not required. Training is provided. Technology understanding: A background of the Software Development Lifecycle and technical roles is useful, but this will also be trained. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
