About the position The Bilingual Collections Associate - Repo at Capital One is responsible for managing significantly delinquent accounts by negotiating payment arrangements and collaborating with vendors to recover collateral. This role focuses on minimizing delinquency and avoiding repossession through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The position is fully remote, requiring a secure home office setup and reliable internet access. Responsibilities Negotiate payment arrangements from significantly delinquent customers. , Work with vendors to ensure Capital One collateral is located and retrieved as necessary. , Utilize skip tracing tools to locate customers successfully. , Manage an assigned group of accounts using queue management skills. Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. , At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite. , At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service. , Fluent in both English and Spanish. Nice-to-haves At least 1 year of collections or repossession experience. , At least 2 years of Auto Finance experience. , At least 2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment.
