ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST - PO

In this role, youll help maintain vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies, and ensure financial accuracy while contributing to the success of a dynamic team. Apply now to make an immediate impact! salary: $18 - $19 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Compile and review accounts payable documents and prepare document batches for processing Process invoices in a timely manner; investigate and resolve any identified discrepancies Record appropriate vendor, expense account number, and tax information when processing payments Match supplier credit memos with hospital debit memos and process them in a timely manner; investigate and resolve any identified discrepancies Respond to employee and vendor inquires in a professional, courteous, and timely manner Respond to Customer Service Logs in a professional, courteous, and timely manner Prepare accounts payable reports and maintain accounts payable records according to department policies and procedures Review and correct Outstanding Payments report weekly to ensure the accuracy of the accruals Review and correct Suspended Voucher report weekly to ensure that all discrepancies are resolved Works statements monthly for Key Vendors as identified by the AP Manager Review and correct Outstanding Credit report weekly to obtain credits or refunds from the vendor Maintain effective communication with customers, co-workers, vendors, and the management team Demonstrate effective problem solving skills Demonstrate comprehensive job knowledge Skills Accounts Payable Payments/Cash Posting Data Entry Purchase Orders Qualifications Years of experience: 1 year Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
