About the position Chobani is seeking a proactive and organized Legal Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to the in-house Legal Department. This role involves managing legal documents, contracts, and data analytics, while also responding to business requests related to legal inquiries. The Legal Coordinator will play a critical role in project management and process improvement within the Legal Department. Responsibilities • Manage and maintain Chobani's contract management system, including data entry and reporting. , • Review commercial contracts and distill key data for the contract management system. , • Manage reporting processes for contract expirations and renewals. , • Serve as a liaison between the Legal Department and other departments. , • Educate the business on contract management matters and provide training on the contract management system. , • Assist with process improvement projects to enhance efficiency in the Legal Department. , • Manage electronic signature processes and contract workflows. Requirements • College degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience. , • Experience with legal agreements, contractual terms, and contracting processes. , • Technology-savvy with experience in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. , • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient with strong follow-through skills. , • Ability to work effectively with all levels of employees and management. , • Practical, business-oriented problem-solving skills. , • Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects and provide high customer service. , • Ability to operate autonomously while being a collaborative team player. , • Strong desire to learn the business and function as part of an interdisciplinary team. , • Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. , • Confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive information.
