We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. • Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and promote respect among students. • Assess and evaluate student progress through various assessment methods, providing constructive feedback. • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices. • Support early intervention strategies for students who may require additional assistance. • Provide literacy education that promotes reading and writing skills among students. • Integrate library services into lesson plans to enhance research skills and encourage a love for reading. • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and special education needs. • Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification preferred. • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development theories. • Experience in classroom management and behavior management strategies. • Familiarity with curriculum development processes and educational administration practices. • Ability to implement early intervention techniques effectively. • Knowledge of special education practices is a plus, enabling support for diverse learners. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. • A genuine passion for teaching young children and fostering their academic growth.
