Promotes the growth and development of Coca-Cola and its allied products by building trust with customers, executing promotional activities and ensuring that accounts are merchandised in accordance with company standards and the store Customer Marketing Agreement. Job Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full Time. Responsibilities • Interact and built rapport with decision maker in each customer location • Place orders of product to be delivered maintaining inventory levels for consumers purchase • Ensure customer beverage sections, displays, coolers and all points of availability are properly stocked, maintained and rotated. • Sell new and promotional items and make plans for floor and cooler space with store decision maker, by working with retail managers at customer locations to promote the most sales revenue. • Sell yearly Customer Marketing Agreements and ensure agreements are followed throughout the year • Interact with Delivery Merchandisers to ensure that accounts are restocked and displays built in alignment with company standards and agreement with store decision maker • Organize and arrange for pickup/credit of product unfit for sale insuring that expired or damaged product is not sold to consumers • Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events • Achieve volume targets for channel of business • Achieve performance profit targets • Manage and control expense budgets (human capital, products, waste and break Requirements • High School Diploma (or GED) required or equivalent degree/certificate required • Must have a valid ARIZONA driver’s license • Must have a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance ; however, you are not responsible for transporting our products • Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements • Experience with sales/retail • Experience in beverage, food or equivalent industry • Self-motivated and goal oriented attitude • Experience working with vendors • Previous experience in a leadership role • Experience in merchandizing or product delivery and with expiration dates • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook • Must be able to operate Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on a iPhone and iPad devices • Must be at least 18 years of age • Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business • Ability to lift to 50 pounds Come and join our Sparkling team!
