Night Shift LPN for Private Duty Client

About the position We Care Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized care for an extended care patient with trach, vent, and G-tube needs. This role involves working night shifts in the patient's home, ensuring their safety, comfort, and medical stability. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, allowing for flexibility in scheduling while delivering meaningful, one-on-one patient care. Responsibilities • Delivering specialized care for a patient with trach, vent, and G-tube. , • Monitoring the patient's respiratory and nutritional health during shifts. , • Administering medications and tube feedings. , • Performing routine assessments, interventions, and adjustments as necessary. , • Communicating with the care team and maintaining accurate patient records. , • Developing strong, supportive relationships with the patient and their family. Requirements • Current Colorado LPN license. , • Experience with trach, vent, and G-tube care preferred. , • Current BLS/CPR certification. , • Strong clinical and communication skills. , • Ability to work independently in a home care setting. , • A compassionate, patient-focused approach to nursing.
