Responsibilities • Engage with customers through live chat to provide support and solutions to their inquiries. , • Respond to customer messages promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. , • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to product functionality and customer accounts. , • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions. , • Collaborate with the customer service team to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments. , • Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers as needed. , • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices. Requirements • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. , • Proven experience in a customer support role, with live chat experience preferred. , • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. , • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset. , • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is a plus. , • A high degree of patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns. , • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
