Experienced Airbnb Cleaner

Responsibilities: • Perform cleaning tasks for vacation rental properties, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. • Manage laundry duties for bed linens, towels, bath mats, and other items, ensuring they are thoroughly dried. • Make beds and change linens as needed in all bedrooms. • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and polish floors, or clean carpets when necessary. • Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills. • Empty trash cans and replace liners. • Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. • Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines. • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns and accommodating special requests. Skills: • Prior experience in cleaning Airbnb properties or hotels is preferred. • Strong customer service abilities for clear communication and addressing client needs. • Familiarity with housekeeping practices for short-term rentals, including checking for missing items, reporting damages, and restocking disposables. • Attention to detail to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and sanitization. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for linens and towels.
