Client Engagement Associate (Remote)

Overview: Advance Amazon Agency is seeking a professional and engaging Client Engagement Associate to support our account management team, your main responsibility will be to attend meetings. The ideal candidate will have a native American accent, a foundational knowledge of Amazon, and the ability to effectively connect with clients alongside other team members. This role is remote but requires residence within the United States. Key Responsibilities: • Join client meetings alongside Account Managers and PPC Managers, offering additional support to ensure client satisfaction. • Assist in clarifying and reinforcing Amazon-related strategies and updates as directed by the lead team members. • Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, helping build strong client relationships and delivering high-quality service. • Help address basic questions and client inquiries based on foundational Amazon knowledge, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Requirements: • Must be a U.S. resident with availability to work in Eastern Time Zone hours. • Basic knowledge and experience in Amazon, with the ability to engage effectively in discussions. • Availability for 4-8 hours of client-facing meetings daily, working in a supportive role with 2-3 other team members. Compensation: • Base salary: $800 - $1000 per month. • For every additional 5 clients supported, salary increases by $500 per month. Employees are strictly prohibited from engaging in work for any other organization during their employment with Advance Amazon. Any violation of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the employee's contract with Advance Amazon. This decision will be final and non-negotiable.
