Key Responsibilities • Review and finalize enrichment tasks based on the training provided by the client. • Execute credentialing-related duties, which include data entry for applications, verifying vendor resources, and validating board certifications. • Liaise with various state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain status updates and verifications. • Ensure the precision and quality of credentialing data in accordance with industry standards. • Authenticate information submitted by third-party entities utilizing online databases for cross-verification. • Assume additional tasks and responsibilities as required. Required Skills • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy. • Proficient command of the English language. • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. • Capacity to excel in a remote work environment. • Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload. Qualifications • Preferred at least 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service-related position. • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
