Job Details: • Employment Type: Full-Time • Location: Fully Virtual • Caseload: Diverse K-12 students • Contract Type: 1099 • Pay Rate: $54-$59 per hour Key Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students. • Create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. • Provide engaging virtual speech therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based strategies. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance students’ educational experiences. • Track and document students' progress, modifying therapy plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes. • Participate in IEP meetings to advocate for students' communication needs and goals. Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. • Current SLP-CCC license in New York State. • Minimum of two years of experience working in school settings preferred. • Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and tools is advantageous. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
