Job Title: Junior Product Designer (Full-Time) Location: United Kingdom, Predominantly remote, Occasionally in London. Industry: Health & Fitness, SaaS Compensation - £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience.

We are a fast-growing health and fitness startup with two products used by over 15,000 users — And we're just getting started! Our goal is to enable health and fitness coaches to impact more people through innovative digital solutions, and we're looking for an ambitious and talented Junior Product Designer to help us achieve that. You’ll work with the founders to shape the design and product experience as we scale to serve many more users. Responsibilities • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, gather feedback from customers and translate it into actionable design improvements. • Create intuitive and engaging user experiences using Figma that enhance both of our health and fitness SaaS products. • Identify opportunities for product optimisations... taking ownership of designs and working with minimal supervision at times. • Maintain and develop the Design Systems. • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to ensure seamless execution of designs. Skills & Experience • 1+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with experience in SaaS. • Proficient in Figma, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI capabilities. • Experience in the health & fitness industry is preferred but an interest in it is essential. • A solid understanding of product design principles. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. • Strong communication skills to effectively gather requirements, present designs, and incorporate feedback. • A passion for continuous learning and growth.
