Healthcare Surveyor - Home working Our client has established themselves as a key player in the Healthcare market and they have now a new role within their award winning team. You can be based from home but also be able to meet at the London office for regular meetings. There is a network of offices to enable working from a local hub also Main Responsibilities Undertake a significant fee earning role, achieving a fee target which is reviewed annually. Promote the company values, leading by example, and to act as an ambassador for the company both internally and externally, and generating new business for the healthcare team and wider company. Liaise with portfolio clients and undertake an active role in relationship management and progressing rent reviews and Landlord and Tenant work as required. The portfolio clients are major health investors Helping with the Sale and Leaseback/Agency aspects
Requirements
RICS qualified Landlord and Tenant experience primarily in relation... to negotiations for rent review and lease renewal. Experience in healthcare/GP premises with some knowledge of dental and pharmacy markets preferable but not essential. Registered valuer and full valuation experience not essential but a knowledge of valuation processes particularly investment method required when acquiring or selling property, or for sale and leaseback work Apply Job!
