Key Responsibilities Compile, verify, and organize information in preparation for data entry Identify and rectify any duplicate or incomplete information before processing Uphold data integrity by adhering to established best practices and procedures Accurately input medical billing data into our systems Conduct research to gather any missing information as required Confirm membership details such as join dates and participation levels Maintain error-free data and implement necessary updates Follow established workflows and contribute to the enhancement of new procedures Diagnose issues and escalate them to team leaders or supervisors as necessary Achieve daily productivity targets while sustaining high-quality standards Required Skills Proficient in using a PC and various information systems/applications Strong attention to detail and a professional demeanor Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency in data entry Exceptional organizational skills Willingness to work onsite for initial onboarding and training period of up to four weeks Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent
