As a Remote Chartered Town Planner, you will be an integral part of the planning team, contributing your expertise from the comfort of your home office. You will collaborate with colleagues and clients virtually, leveraging technology to drive forward projects and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of planning strategies and policies. Prepare and review planning... applications, appeals, and environmental assessments. Provide expert advice on complex planning issues and legislative matters. Engage with stakeholders, communities, and local authorities to build consensus and support for planning proposals. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality planning services. Requirements: Chartered membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI). Extensive experience in town planning, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong understanding of UK planning policies, regulations, and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders remotely.
