Responsibilities • Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from potential patients and their families. • Provide accurate information regarding hospice services, care options, and support resources. • Assist customers in navigating our processes and answering any concerns with sensitivity. • Document chat interactions accurately in our systems to ensure continuity of care. • Collaboration with the clinical and administrative teams to relay pertinent information and improve service delivery. • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Feedback and suggestions for improving chat processes and enhancing client experience.
