The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support during the 12-9 PM EST shift. As a representative, you will be handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting

- Flexibility to work the 12-9 PM EST shift
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
