Marriott International, Inc., a global hospitality leader, is seeking a Part-Time Bartender for our Tucson, AZ location. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, while mixing and serving drinks to patrons. This is a part-time role, offering under 4 hours per shift, competitive hourly wages, health and dental insurance, paid training, and paid vacation.

Job Description:

As a Bartender at Marriott International, Inc., you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of customer service by preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, serving drinks and food to patrons, and checking customers’ identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages. You’ll also have the opportunity to interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks, ensuring all guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

– Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks

– Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

– Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

– Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

– Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Requirements:

– Proven working experience as a Bartender

– Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks

– Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

– Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean

Educational Qualifications:

– High School Diploma or equivalent required

– Bartending training and certification preferred

Experience:

– Prior bartending experience required

– Experience in a hotel or a related field preferred
