EventPro Inc., one of the most renowned event planning companies in the U.S, is actively seeking part-time Event Staff to join our weekend events team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the event planning industry. Job Description
As an Event Staff member, you will play an integral role in executing a wide variety of events, including weddings, corporate meetings, concerts, and fundraisers. You will be responsible for setting up event spaces, assisting with guest services, and ensuring the overall success of the event.
Responsibilities
– Assist in the set-up and tear-down of event spaces
– Provide excellent customer service to guests
– Work closely with the event planning team to execute events effectively
– Address any issues or emergencies that arise during events
– Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards
Requirements
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team
– Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable
– Ability to lift and carry heavy items
Education Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates with prior experience in hospitality or event management will be given preference.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or event planning is beneficial but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
