We are urgently hiring for an entry-level position with a salary range from $43,000 to $56,000 per year, comprising of base salary, team-based commission and individual performance incentives. The compensation package is reliant on your geographical location, and full-time benefits are offered to all employees from day one. Requirement needed for Retail Team Member: • High school diploma or GED. • One or more years of work experience. • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). • Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods. • Experience working in a commission-based environment. • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. • Customer service experience.
