Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and tech-savvy Live Chat Representative to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: ? Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat in a professional and courteous manner. ? Issue Resolution: Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. ?
