Job Summary: As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data on competitors, market trends, and industry developments. Your insights will guide strategic decision-making and help maintain our competitive edge. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough research on competitors, including product offerings, market share, pricing, positioning, and business strategies. Including competitors’ offerings with target Alliances. • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and economic factors that may impact the company. • Provide actionable intelligence reports to inform sales, marketing, product development, and strategic planning. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate competitive intelligence into business operations. • Maintain a database of competitive information for easy access and analysis. • Engage in account planning and strategic customer briefings while recommending solutions to optimize sales performance and business plans. • Provide full TCO analysis reviews. • Conduct training for partners and Neat sales teams. • Observe and comply with regulations during intelligence gathering. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field. • Proven experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or business analysis. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Preferred Skills: • Creative content creation and presentation skills. • Experience with financial analysis and comparisons feeding into RFPs as well as strategic pricing. • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights with excellent presentation skills. • Analytical thinker with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities. Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to engage in executive relationship building.
