Job Description

Shift: Weekend (Friday - Monday) 4/10s - 5 PTO days... Evergreen is hiring a customer service/sales chat agent. This person is expected to be hands on with the ability to call customers, assist online customers with their shopping experience by upholding a positive attitude, answering questions on products/brands via the online chat. This person will be conducting warranty outreach and can sell add-ons and upsell products via chat or phone. This person should exhibit good written and verbal communication, and problem-solving abilities. A positive attitude, punctuality, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and a strong commitment to meet deadlines in a dynamic team environment are also required. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that respects and acknowledges individual effort. Skills and Requirements - 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role/ chat experience - Experience leading within a Remote Work Environment - Attention to Detail - High level of professionalism and great communication style - Make a personal connection with external and internal customers - Have a friendly attitude - Exhibit strong decision-making skills - Have a "Problem Solving" mindset - Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Resourceful and empathetic - Takes personal responsibility for learning and supporting business objectives
