Part-time Virtual Assistant

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States This is a remote position... • *PLEASE CAREFULLY READ ALL THE DETAILS BEFORE APPLYING*** • JOB TITLE: Virtual Assistant (Part-time) • RATE: PHP 250 per hour (2 hours a day) • WORK TYPE: Part-time, WFH/Remote • WORKING HOURS: • Afternoon PST or around 6AM Manila time • 2 hours per day • START DATE: TBD JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Knowledgeable with the following: • Purchasing tasks: (preferably with Purchasing experience or at the very least, have experience with ERP system) • Create Purchase Orders and follow-up with vendors ensuring on-time delivery and tracking backorders • Enter Vendor Bill from POs, or bills from other services • Shipping carrier bills - Expeditors, Fedex, DHL, UPS • Create part numbers and uploading photos • Uploading credit card receipts • Review of low inventory • Process vendor returns JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Preferably with Purchasing experience or at the very least, have experience with ERP system • Fluent in English • Passionate about Data Privacy and Security • Managerial and Consulting Experience • Experienced in different domains • Comfortable with making collaborative decisions • Good in managing project and administrative tasks • The ideal candidate would have all these areas of subject matter experience: • Software Development • Data Privacy or Security • US Law • US Business Administration This offer from "Gabtech Global, LLC" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 74% flex score Apply Job!
