Key Responsibilities
We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications: Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 solutions to meet business needs. Customize and configure Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, and business processes. Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrate with other applications. Perform data migrations and integrations using Dynamics CRM tools and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics CRM/365 applications. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Follow best practices for Dynamics CRM development and customization. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Maintain documentation of all customizations and configurations. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM development, customization, and integration. Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL Server. Experience with Dynamics CRM SDK, plugins, custom workflows, and web resources. Familiarity with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus.
