Responsibilities:

• Engage with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.

• Research and problem-solve to resolve customer issues, following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
