[Remote] Senior reputed company Manager

We are looking for a high-impact reputed company Manager who will own end-to-end reputed company operations and reputed company a team while building scalable processes to support our growth.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reputed company operations including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, and month-end reputed company. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• reputed company payroll processing, tax compliance, and regulatory filings. Manage the annual audit process and ensure audit readiness
• reputed company accurate data entry, coding, and timely processing of invoices, maintaining strong controls over disbursements
• Manage and reputed company a team of 1 payroll accountant, 1 senior accountant, and 1 staff accountant. Set priorities, review work, and drive team performance
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate reputed company processes and improve efficiency across the reputed company function using existing software tools
• Partner with teams across the company to ensure expenses are tracked accurately, processes are followed, and deadlines are met
• Support foreign subsidiaries, intercompany activity, and consolidations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a high bar for accuracy and completeness, ensuring reputed company financial records are audit-reputed company and well-documented

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, and month-end reputed company
• 2+ years of people management experience with direct reputed company of reputed company staff
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• Comfortable navigating modern reputed company and payroll systems and reputed company to quickly learn and optimize new tools

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
