This role is critical in supporting day-to-day ERP operations while a key team member is on leave. Duration: Approximately 6 months (through the end of December) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week What You'll Be Doing You'll serve as a key member of the ERP support team, helping manage and resolve a backlog of internal support requests while assisting users across multiple reputed company functional areas. Responsibilities include:

• Resolve and prioritize ERP support tickets reputed company the internal help desk system
• Support reputed company ERP users in a manufacturing environment
• reputed company and maintain BAQs, dashboards, and custom reporting solutions

Compensation
