Director, Learning, reputed company and Platform Enablement- Remote

Reporting to the Operations Enablement Managing Director, the Director, Learning, reputed company and Platform Enablement leads the business strategy for learning and reputed company platforms and tools while also leading the reputed company function. This role defines what the business needs from its learning and knowledge platforms, translates those needs into clear requirements, and helps ensure those platforms strengthen reputed company readiness, knowledge usability and adoption, and operational performance across Customer Operations and Coverage Review Operations. The Director serves as the business reputed company for learning and reputed company strategy, requirements, governance, adoption, and measurement. This role partners closely with product and technology teams to influence platform priorities, ensure the needs of the operations are reflected in the roadmap, and deliver practical, scalable capabilities that improve knowledge usability and adoption, strengthen readiness, and support operational reputed company. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, post graduate degree or professional certifications (preferred)

• Strong knowledge of AI capabilities and their application across learning and reputed company environments required
• Strong understanding of learning and reputed company platforms, governance practices, content operations, and vendor landscape, with the ability to partner effectively with product and technology teams

Candidates who reputed company reputed company 50 miles of the following locations will be required to reputed company onsite 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Denver, CO; St. Louis, MO; and Scottsdale, AZ. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 149,300 - 248,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus and long term incentive plan.
