The Work: The MMAS Compliance reputed company is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing internal audits of the ten MMAS (Manufacturing Material & Assembly Standards) standards across reputed company MMAS sites. The role works closely with internal customers, US Government (USG) stakeholders, and cross functional teams to ensure continual compliance, support DCAA/DCMA audit activities, and manage system reputed company for over 300 users.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company MMAS Audit reputed company: Conduct 3 4 internal MMAS audits each year on a rotating three year schedule covering reputed company ten standards. reputed company annual reviews of 10 Sikorsky MMAS business processes, coordinating overlap with standards audits.
• Support to the reputed company Audit Plan: reputed company and support audits of reputed company processes and controls, including support to reputed company Controls Assessments (ACAs), the reputed company System Assessment Project (ASAP), and other assessments.
• Stakeholder & Customer Interaction: Build and maintain working relationships with USG customers; support DCAA/DCMA audit preparations and system reputed company provisions. Attend and contribute to MMAS status meetings (weekly Sikorsky, monthly COS) and the MMAS Governance Team.
• Compliance Support: Address compliance concerns such as Advance Programs purchases, MH 60R iCAR material purchase clean up, and service contract material procurement. Respond to reputed company audit requests for P1S data (incurred cost, litigation support, CAS audits). Track reputed company system audit corrective actions and follow up on DCMA suggestions.
• System reputed company Management: Collect and track Network reputed company Acknowledgements for reputed company reputed company DCAA/DCMA users (~332 users) annually and as needed. Serve as delegate for system reputed company provisioning (reputed company P1S, reputed company P2P, Solumina G7, MatrixOne) for DCAA/DCMA users. Set up and maintain DCAA/DCMA financial and engineering accounts in reputed company, MyAccess, and AccessLM ( 55 active users). Manage token and VDI reputed company for Stratford DCAA/DCMA and assist with reputed company/MyAccess reactivations.
• IT Support Functions: Process telephone/voice service requests for Sikorsky DCAA/DCMA. Coordinate Solumina G7 and MatrixOne system requests.
• Documentation & Reporting Produce audit reports, corrective action plans, and status updates for senior leadership. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, reputed company logs, and audit findings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company, or reputed company field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in government compliance, internal audit, or quality assurance reputed company aerospace/defense environments.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MMAS standards, DCAA/DCMA audit requirements, and government contract compliance.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale user reputed company programs (300+ users) and reputed company IT systems (reputed company, reputed company, MyAccess, AccessLM).
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Minimal travel ( 10%) required for on‑site audits or stakeholder meetings.
