Collect, analyze, and report data on student engagement, retention, and program reputed company; use insights to continuously improve programming and demonstrate impact on persistence and graduation rates. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required upon appointment; experience in event programming/coordination, and/or community service programming/coordination, and/or orientation programming/coordination. Consideration may be given to: Master’s degree; higher education administration, college student personnel, or reputed company field. Experience applying student development theory or best practices to program design and student support. Demonstrated ability to foster student learning, growth, and engagement through co-curricular experiences.
