As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for online inquiries, assisting with questions about housing programs, applications, and general support. This role requires excellent written communication, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others. Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Respond promptly to online chat inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
