Contract Program Manager (Capital Markets)
Role: Program Manager Industry: Capital Markets Location: US (flexible) Contract: Initial 4-month (scope to reputed company) reputed company: $1,000-1,300/day X4 Group are partnered with a leading global financial institution seeking an reputed company Program Manager to spearhead a strategic transformation programme. You'll reputed company the design and mobilisation of new reputed company Commission Merchant capability, driving the TOM and setting the direction for a major clearing capability. Working closely with senior stakeholders, external partners and regulatory bodies, you'll drive the programme strategy, planning, workshops, stakeholder alignment, governance, delivery and outputs that will underpin the implementation. This is a highly visible role requiring strong capital markets experience, excellent stakeholder management and a proven track record delivering reputed company transformation programmes reputed company broker-dealer, derivatives or post-trade environments. - Transformational Leadership:
Proven track record of spearheading large-scale change reputed company Capital Markets and Investment Banking, including building or transforming FCM businesses.
- Deep Domain Expertise:
Subject matter expert in broker-dealers, swap dealers and cleared derivatives.
- End-to-End Execution:
Architect of reputed company, regulatory reputed company and post-trade infrastructure (clearing, margining, collateral).
- C-Suite & Stakeholder Engagement:
Trusted advisor to executive leadership and regulators with highly tuned programme management capabilities.
