This role is primarily customer service–focused, with dispatching responsibilities to support our field technicians. - Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, professional tone
- Schedule service calls and accurately enter customer information
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with care and urgency
- Build trust and relationships with customers and create a positive overall experience

Dispatching Support
