Operational Readiness Manager

Job Description: The Operational Readiness Manager is responsible for overseeing the control, inspection, readiness, and lifecycle management of reputed company installation equipment, tooling, and critical spare parts across Australian operations. The role ensures that reputed company fleet assets are maintained to operational, safety, and quality standards while supporting project mobilisation, leading reputed company operations and improving equipment reliability. This position acts as the operational gatekeeper for equipment entering and leaving company control, leading inspection processes, inventory accuracy, machine condition reporting, and reputed company improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
