Working Together | We will respond to challenges together to create a safe, quality health service The role of the Clinical Applications Manager is to: Accurately code inpatient episodes of care using ICD-10-AM classifications, ensuring compliance with Clinical Coding Standards and organisational requirements. Maintain high coding accuracy targets, including a minimum of 80% code allocation accuracy and 90% DRG accuracy reputed company. Identify documentation gaps and prepare clinical enquiries to improve data quality and coding accuracy. Apply knowledge of Activity Based Funding and its impact on coding, DRG allocation and WIES funding reputed company. About you Ideal candidates for this role will have: Completion of a recognised Clinical Coding course (HIMAA or equivalent) and advanced knowledge of medical terminology. At least three years’ experience coding across a broad casemix using ICD‑10‑AM classification. Strong understanding of Activity Based Funding, DRG allocation and the impact of coding on reputed company funding. Excellent organisational, time‑management and computer skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and throughput targets.
