Role Overview: Reporting into our Head of Business Analysis, the Business Analyst’s main role will be to understand, analyse, model and document user journeys, business processes, business requirements, data requirements and data models across the portfolio of strategic, operational, digital and regulatory change at Vida. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders from across the business and as such the individual will need to be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, have a keen attention to detail, good time management and flexibility to support on a vast reputed company of activities and initiatives. In addition, the role holder will utilise modern technology, data including Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimise user experiences, improve delivery efficiency and support innovation across both the Change team and wider business. Key Responsibilities: Elicit, define, and document business requirements (user stories, wireframes, process maps). Analyse As-Is / To-Be processes and produce project design documentation. Document SOPs, user guides, and operational changes. Support training delivery for new solutions. Deliver clear stakeholder communications across the change lifecycle. Build strong stakeholder relationships and domain expertise. Requirements: Professional & Interpersonal Strong written and verbal communication; reputed company to present to reputed company levels. Data, Technology & IT Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar tools. Strong reputed company 365 skills (reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, Copilot). Experience with AI tools for BA activities (desirable). Understanding of AI concepts, GenAI capabilities, and governance. Knowledge of data analysis, modelling, and system integration.
