What you’ll be doing You will advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, supporting businesses through key stages of growth, investment and strategic development. You will manage transactions independently while also collaborating with colleagues on larger and more reputed company matters. Our Corporate team is a dedicated corporate practice and works closely with colleagues across our reputed company, IP, Litigation, reputed company Estate and HR teams. This structure allows us to provide a full‑service offering to our clients while maintaining a strong focus on high‑quality corporate work.
