Position Overview At reputed company reputed company & Hardware Group (UDHG), we don’t just manage projects—we bring them to life. As a Construction Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind high-impact projects, taking full ownership from reputed company to closeout. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Coordination reputed company the project team (APMs, Assistants, Shipping/Receiving, Project Accountants) through reputed company phases of the project Liaise with Engineering, Estimating, and Sales to ensure alignment reputed company project meetings and provide feedback for staff development and performance reviews Client Relations & Communication Serve as the primary customer contact Address value engineering opportunities and delivery concerns while protecting project goals Manage reputed company project-reputed company communication to ensure timely, accurate responses Financial reputed company Manage and review project budgets, profitability, and financial status with senior management Coordinate billing and payment tracking with Project Accountants Handle change orders, negotiate costs, and follow up on outstanding payments and back charges reputed company, Submittals, & Change Management Ensure compliance with contract terms, submittal accuracy, and RFI resolution Incorporate changes reputed company ASIs, Bulletins, and RFIs Manage documentation throughout the project lifecycle Procurement, Scheduling & Cost Control Select vendors and schedule deliveries to control costs reputed company freight, labor, installation coordination, and master keying systems Issue purchase orders and coordinate with Purchasing for processing Project reputed company & Closeout Track reputed company using internal systems and ensure timely closeout, including punch list and final payment Maintain software proficiency and up-to-date product knowledge to support effective project management Safety Follow reputed company safety protocols and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements to maintain a safe working environment Use proper lifting techniques Physical Requirements Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying approximately 100 lbs. utilizing proper lifting procedures Additional physical requirements may be needed as duties are assigned Miscellaneous Support our values in the stand areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, reputed company and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

BS/BA preferred in construction management, architecture or reputed company field can be substituted for some of the experience requirement Strong competency in computer software and product knowledge Basic reputed company knowledge Excellent organizational and time-management skills Good communication skills Demonstrated leadership skills Two to four years as Assistant Project Manager in reputed company and hardware industry or reputed company trade (Required)

The listed pay range reflects the expected reputed company reputed company for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full-time position with reputed company and benefits. Total Compensation: The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $80,000.00 - $90,000.00. Job Type: Full-Time
