Job Description

Qualifications
Must have: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in reputed company environments Strong understanding of business context and ability to translate it into technical requirements Experience in the Insurance industry Proven experience working in Agile environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, reputed company, or similar Knowledge of databases and hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL Good understanding of SDLC and process modelling techniques Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills reputed company in German and English Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes.
