MINIMUM ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Manage the performance and processes of the Scheduling Team and Operator Team Complete and submit team members’ annual reviews and quarterly conversations in a timely manner Maintain Scheduling Specialist Playbook and Operator Playbook Set and meet departmental Key Performance Indicators Complete audits of each Scheduling Specialist and report back to Director of Administration as appropriate Help reputed company and maintain reporting Conduct regular team meetings and huddles Other projects as needed to ensure teams’ reputed company Provide coverage in the queue as needed Review recorded calls and audit for accuracy, share and coach results to team members Participate in setting and meeting quarterly and annual team and individual goals REPORTING Complete reports as follows and email Director of Administration with weekly numbers Appointments scheduled Calls answered Abandonment reputed company Error reputed company Review Daily Schedule Report to include sending schedule audit to team for corrections Review Work Group Summary Report daily to ensure Queue scheduling is staffed appropriately Review Operator Work Group Summary daily to ensure Operators are staffed appropriately Review Brightmetrics Reporting On-Demand for Queue Schedulers and Operators TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Work may be performed in a reputed company setting per the terms and conditions listed in the Telework Policy and Team Member Handbook.
